Government Emergency Ordinance no. 120/2021 dated 4 October 2021 regulated the national system on e-invoicing (RO e-Invoice) and the core invoice usage specifications.
Minister of Finance Order no. 1366/2021 (OMF no. 1366/2021) establishes:
- the core invoice usage specifications for e-invoices and how to use them;
- the rules regarding the semantic content of e-invoices;
- additional rules regarding RO_CIUS.
