Andreea Mitiriță

Andreea Mitiriţă is Tax Partner and the leader of integrated services for clients in the Energy, Utilities and Resources sector within PwC Romania. Also, she is TLP Deals Leader for Romania and for Central Eastern Europe.
She joined PwC in 2003 and she has experience in domestic and international taxation, being involved in a wide variety of projects starting from local and international restructuring, M&A, due diligence up to assistance with tax inspections and litigation.
Andreea works with clients in different industries, but her primary focus and experience is related to the energy industry, predominantly in the Oil&Gas sector.
She graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, where she has a degree in Business Administration and also graduated with a Masters degree in International Law from the Law University in Bucharest, Advanced Diploma in International Taxation.
