PwC Mini MBA training programme is focused on developing the most important business skills.

Understanding the challenges of leadership in modern business and creating positive environment. 
Different dimensions of leadership will be analysed with reflection on fast changing business environment and people needs.

Preparing a business plan or a business analysis plan & Pre assessment / analysis of case through the use of a map © (Business Analysis MAP).Cases will be introduced as base for Case Study Assessment Paper.
