Denisa Panaite Casu

Denisa Panaite Casu is an enthusiastic Learning and Development professional with a drive to make a difference in the world.

With an educational background in organisational psychology and marketing, Denisa has over 15 years of experience in developing and facilitating successful training programmes.

After 5 years as a Training Consultant with BPP Professional Education, she put on the client shoes and deep dived into the industry; 3 years within the Organisation & Talent Development team at Oracle University and 10 years with METRO Cash & Carry as Training & Development Manager, she explored what happens before and after training, elaborated training and development strategies and was involved in several large scale change management & leadership projects.

Denisa is now responsible for the Academy to advise PwC clients who look for valuable learning experiences and to build people's adaptability in an ever dynamic business environment.
