CIMA Diploma in Performance Management
Fast track your career in management accounting and finance
Diploma in Performance Management is a special CIMA program for business professionals of all backgrounds. There are no education or practical experience entry requirements. Its key knowledge area is related to management accounting for effective decision-making in the organisations.
Candidates need to pass only TWO exams in English:
- Exam P1 Management Accounting:
Cost accounting for decision and control
Budgeting and budgetary control
Short term commercial decision making
Risk and uncertainty in the short term - Exam P2 Advanced Management Accounting:
Managing the costs of creating value
Capital investment decision making
Managing and controlling the performance of organisational units
Risk and control
It should take 6 to 12 months. After that you receive:
- CIMA Dip PM designation along with the diploma;
- exemptions from 9 exams and can convert to the standard CIMA qualification, starting at Management Case Study.
Exams are available on demand throughout the year in Pearson VUE exam centers or from home through online proctoring.

CGMA Top Manager Programme
Enhances your leadership, strategic and decision making skills
CGMA Top Manager Program is a tailor-made programme best suitable for experienced managers and team leaders (or other equivalent mid-level roles) with at least 5 years of work experience.
The Program enhances leadership, strategic and decision making skills and it equips people with the skillset of both business and finance acumen.
Ahead of sitting the exam, candidates will attend preparatory classes with the PwC’s Academy.
For this programme there are 2 possible routes:
- Management Case Study
- Management and Strategic Case Study

CIMA Strategic Level
Enhance your professional standing
Strategic Level is the third and final level of the CIMA Professional Qualification. It focuses on the role of the senior finance manager and long-term strategic decision making.
Under this fast track program, the stundents will have to take three Objective Tests and a Strategic Case Study exam. After completion of the exam will be admitted to associate membership and granted the associate chartered management accountant (ACMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations.
CGMA is the most widely held management accounting designation in the world. It distinguishes more than 150,000 accounting and finance professionals who have advanced proficiency in finance, operations, strategy and management.
