Agnieszka Gajewska to succeed Adam Krasoń as CEO of PwC Central and Eastern Europe from 1 July 2026

Agnieszka Gajewska has been elected as the next CEO of PwC Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), effective 1 July 2026. 

PwC Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of the PwC global network of firms, operating as one partnership across 27 countries of the region. PwC CEE comprises over 280 Partners and 13,000 staff working in 47 offices.

About Agnieszka Gajewska

Agnieszka Gajewska has served as a Board Member and Clients & Markets Leader for PwC Central and Eastern Europe for the past four years, shaping the region’s strategy and driving market growth initiatives. She has also held several global leadership roles, including leading PwC’s Global Government & Public Services network of +12,000 people and the Global AI SteerCo.

With a PhD in Economics and ACCA qualification, Aga is a recognised expert on regional economic trends and project finance and an influential voice in the industry. Over her 25-year career, within PwC and in investment banking, she has worked across five continents, across Deals, Consulting and Audit.

PwC CEE encompasses 27 territories: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
