Collection of personal data

We collect personal data from our former employees to keep in touch with them. The personal data are provided directly to PwC by the employee leaving the firm. We ask you to provide standard information such as your name, phone, email and other business contact details.

Our processing activities

Personal data communicated by you will be used for the following purposes:

  • organising the Alumni events including managing the contact lists; 
  • sending invitations to the Alumni events;
  • providing you with the Alumni newsletters and PwC publications;
  • performing analytics.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data based on your voluntary consent you provide to us. You have the right to withdraw you consent at any time.

Data retention

Personal data provided by you will be retained in Alumni database until your consent withdrawal.
