Wholesale of energy products allowed again without storage

ANAF President Order no. 508/2019 has been published in the Official Gazette, no. 171/2019.

It amends ANAF President Order no. 3236/2018, Annex no. 1, which approved the procedure for registration of economic operators performing wholesale or retail sales of energy products (gasoline, diesel, light oil, liquefied petroleum gas and biofuels), along with the model and content of some forms, and provides that wholesale of energy products is again allowed to be carried out without storage

In detail

According to the new changes, economic operators intending to perform wholesale of energy products (gasoline, diesel, lamp oil, liquefied petroleum gas and biofuels) are not required to have storage facilities.

Specifically, according to the new Order wholesale of energy products is again allowed to be carried out without storage.
