PwC Romania assisted Enterprise Investors in making a €20 million investment in fitness chain 18GYM

Bucharest, March 13, 2026 - PwC Romania assisted Enterprise Investors, one of the largest private equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe, in carrying out a €20 million investment in 18GYM, one of the largest fitness club chains in Romania.

Post-transaction, Enterprise Investors secured a significant minority stake in the fitness network, while founders Vlad and Alexandra Ronea retain their majority share.
