Ruxandra Târlescu takes over from Daniel Anghel as leader of PwC Romania's Tax and Legal Department

Bucharest, 1 November 2024 PwC Romania announces that as of 1 November 2024, Ruxandra Târlescu will take over the leadership of PwC Romania's Tax and Legal Department from Daniel Anghel, who has led the practice for the last six years. As of 1 October 2024, Daniel has been appointed Country Managing Partner of PwC Romania.

Ruxandra Târlescu joined PwC Romania in 2007 and has been a tax partner since 2019, as well as the integrated services leader for retail/FMCG and pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. She has also been instrumental in transforming the business model of the Tax and Legal Department in recent years.

She has extensive experience in local and international taxation and has been involved in complex business restructuring projects, including business model changes, mergers and acquisitions, tax audits, various tax assistance and due diligence.
