PwC Romania has appointed Georgiana Stancu as Leader of the Human Resources Department

PwC Romania has appointed Georgiana Stancu as Leader of the Human Resources Department, starting June.

Georgiana joined the PwC Romania team after three years in which she held the position of Human Resources Manager at IKEA Romania.

She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles and industries, including banking and retail, during which she coordinated many projects for organizational development and efficiency of human resources processes, contributing to building the employer brand of the companies she worked for.

Georgiana is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (Management Faculty) and the University of Bucharest (Psychology Faculty), has a Certification for practice in clinical psychology from COPSI and is a Certified Senior Professional in HR Management by the Society for Human Resources Management USA, HRCI Institute USA.
