Dinu Bumbăcea

Dinu Bumbăcea is Advisory Leader of PwC Romania and has over 30 years of experience in professional services. Dinu was the Country Managing Partner of PwC Romania for three years, between 2021 and 2024.

During his career, Dinu coordinated a wide range of consulting projects in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, in various industries including financial services, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, public sector and private equity. 

He has extensive experience in deal services (including vendor due diligence, commercial, financial and IT due diligence) and management consulting services (including market and feasibility studies, business process re-engineering, lean management, finance function transformation, implementation of service costing systems).

Dinu is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications of the University Politehnica of Bucharest, holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology US and a specialisation diploma in digital image processing from Supélec France. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA UK) and of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR).
