David Trow

David is Assurance Partner within PwC Romania and the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) Assurance Transformation Leader, focused on transforming the way we provide assurance services in the digital world.

David joined PwC (St Albans - UK) in 1990, moved to Romania in 1994 and was admitted to the PwC CEE Partnership in 2000. His experience has focused on the provision of audit and assurance services to both multinational and Romanian clients in a variety of industries. He was the Managing Partner of the firm's Serbian Practice from 2004 to 2008, and from 2008 to 2011 he held Quality and Risk Management roles in the PwC South Eastern Europe Assurance practices. 

David has a Bachelor degree in Science (Economics) from the London School of Economics. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR).
