Andreea has over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory services and has coordinated numerous financial due diligence projects, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, playing a central role in many of the most significant and complex deals in the Romanian market.
Andreea has assisted private equity funds, local and international entrepreneurs, as well as multinational companies, and has significant experience across diverse industries, including energy and utilities, industrial products, IT and telecommunications, retail and consumer goods, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and real estate.
She graduated in Finance and Financial Markets from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Andreea is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) and of the National Association of Authorized Romanian Valuers (ANEVAR).
