Together with a team of valuable professionals, you will advise companies on the tax consequences of remunerating expatriate population working in Romania and employing people both on a local and international level and assist individual taxpayers (both residents and non-residents) in structuring and managing their personal income tax situation.
You will act as first contact for the client’s HR responsible and will have regular contacts with specialists in compensation and benefits, payroll and other domains.
You will review the practical personal income tax aspects to be dealt with for an employee, such as tax returns, salary calculations, etc. as well as the advice given on personal income tax and global mobility matters.
You will be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
You will be involved in the technology initiatives that would improve Global Mobility systems and processes.
