• Comprehensive Pay Equity & Transparency (Premium) - a full-service offering designed for companies seeking to make pay equity a core component of their organizational culture and brand. In addition to the Standard Package, it includes tools and consulting services aimed at driving sustainable, long-term change.
*The EU Directive 2023/970 that imposes new rules on pay transparency must be transposed into national legislation by June 7 2026. The new rules on pay transparency should help tackle pay discrimination at work and contribute to closing the gender pay gap.
