SAF-T cross-check
SAF-T cross-check is an application that allows the automated verification of the data included in various SAF-T sections and provides the possibility to visualize the data included in this statement.
The application allows uploading and analyzing multiple SAF-T declarations in .xml format, with no limitation on volume or number of lines included in the .xml file.
Functionalities
- Presentation of the data included in the SAF-T statements prepared by the taxpayer in each of the four SAF-T sections: Header, MasterFiles, GeneralLedgerEntries, SourceDocuments, both at an aggregate and detailed level
- Easy navigation at the level of the general ledger account, partner, transaction, invoice, or payment document, having the functionality of using filters or specific selections and the possibility to access the data in .xlsx or .csv format
- Automation of the data verification process included in the SAF-T declarations - a series of qualitative checks are applied regarding the reconciliation between sections and the amounts included in the SAF-T statements, taking into account the requirements of the tax authority (ANAF)
- Automation of the verification process for VAT amounts in the VAT return compared to those in the SAF-T statements
