How does the questionnaire work?
Answer 50 questions divided into 5 critical areas:
Financial analysis and reporting;
Financial performance;
Business operating model;
Compliance with legal and fiscal regulations;
Human Resources/Key Personnel.
For each question, choose the option that best describes your current situation. If you want to change the chosen option, uncheck the first option to choose a new option.
If the business that could be sold belongs to several legal entities, answer the questions as if it were a single legal entity.
After completing it you will receive a report with the resulting score showing how ready you are for a possible sale.
