What will my career pathway look like?

This is our typical career pathway. We will explore with you during the interview how your acquired competencies match our internal levels: 

  • Consultant/Associate
    You are a fresh graduate or new to your profession and have the organisational and technical skills to assist in meeting key objectives.
    Senior Consultant/Senior Associate
    Your expertise allows you to manage pieces of work autonomously and, in addition, you are involved in coaching and supervising more junior staff.
  • Manager
    With a number of years experience in your chosen field, you have already managed teams or clients and have have been responsible for meeting strategic objectives. You will have strong project management, leadership and influencing skills.
  • Senior Manager
    You may now be managing larger teams or clients and will have responsibility for account management and some business development. You will be accountable for strategic deliverables and demonstrate leadership capability.
  • Director
    As a Director, you have already built a consistent market expertise in your field. You will be responsible for leading large teams or an area of business and also for business development and account direction.
